If you activate one of the high-contrast Windows 7 themes, you will quickly find out what I am talking about. This theme is a high-contrast Aero theme that looks so much sharper than the default theme.

Many people with impaired vision find it easier to read white text on dark backgrounds. This inverted, high-contrast theme should therefore increase the readability for many users.
